These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Delta Supply Co. online store, including purchases made through our website.

Delta Supply Co. is the online store operated by Delta Prep Academy. References in these Terms to “Delta Supply Co.,” “Delta Prep Academy,” “DELTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Delta Prep Academy operating the Delta Supply Co. store.

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Use

You may use our website and online store only for lawful purposes.

If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Orders should be placed by someone legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement.

Delta Supply Co. offers DELTA apparel, PE merchandise, accessories, and other branded products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product information, including:

  • Features

  • Images

  • Measurements

  • Descriptions

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, device displays, lighting, manufacturing processes, materials, or production batches.

Product measurements and size information are provided as a guide. Customers should review available sizing information before placing an order.

Minor variations that are normal to the manufacturing or printing process will not necessarily constitute a product defect. This does not affect any rights relating to merchandise that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to conform to the order or applicable law.

3. Product Availability

Products, designs, colors, and sizes may be available only in limited quantities.

Adding merchandise to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee that the merchandise will remain available. Availability is confirmed as part of order processing.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Discontinue products or designs

  • Update product specifications

  • Remove merchandise from the store

  • Limit sales of certain products

  • Decline or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to the customer will be returned in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or offers for future purchases at any time.

The price displayed at checkout when an order is submitted will generally apply to that order, except in cases involving an obvious pricing, listing, or technical error.

If a material pricing error is identified before an order is fulfilled, we may contact you to provide the option of purchasing the item at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order. If payment was already collected for an order that we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or quantity limits.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the merchandise in your cart.

After placing an order, you may receive an email or other confirmation showing that your order has been received. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee that every item will be available or that the order can be fulfilled.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business or security reasons, including:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Duplicate orders

If we cancel all or part of an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount applicable to the canceled merchandise and any other amount required by law.

While DELTA is not responsible for the independent operation of a customer's financial institution or payment provider, nothing in this section limits our responsibility for refunds, corrections, or other remedies that we are legally required to provide.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Product Issues

Returns, size exchanges, replacements, defective merchandise, incorrect items, and product-quality concerns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Delta Supply Co. does not provide monetary refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or similar reasons.

Eligible size exchanges may be available within the period and subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise will be reviewed and handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to waive or limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

9. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing information, delivery estimates, and related requirements are further described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shipping and delivery dates shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may not be responsible for certain delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other events affecting delivery.

However, nothing in these Terms removes any obligation DELTA may have regarding an order that cannot be shipped or fulfilled.

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised to you, or within the period otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Where applicable, customers may have the option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel an unshipped order and receive a refund as required by law.

10. Lost, Undelivered, or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

If tracking indicates an issue with your shipment or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping charges required to resend the merchandise.

Orders lost or undelivered for reasons not caused by incorrect customer information will be reviewed with the applicable shipping carrier and handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on the Delta Supply Co. website is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Delta Prep Academy.

This may include:

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the terms governing your use of the Delta Supply Co. online store and purchases made through it.

If a specific store policy contains terms that apply more directly to a particular issue, such as a return or shipping matter, that policy will apply to that issue, subject to applicable law.
